Requirements:

• Minimum Balance to open - $1000.00 
• Certificate of Assumed Name/Certificate of Incorporation

• Interest will be compounded daily.  Interest will be credited to your account monthly. 
• Free Internet and Phone Banking

Cost:

• A maintenance fee of $12.50 will be imposed if your balance falls below $1000 on any day in the statement cycle.
• Transaction Limitations:  During any calendar month, you may not make more than six withdrawals or transfers to another account of yours or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer or telephone order or instruction, or by check, draft, debit card or similar order to a third party. 
• An activity fee of $10.00 will be charged for each debit in excess of 6 during a statement cycle.
